This page is for PayungMed, the appointment app published by Aznidin Zainuddin.

To reach us, send an email to support@payungmed.my.

What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether your phone is an iPhone or an Android phone. If your question is about your account, send it from the email address your PayungMed account uses, so we can find it.

Please do not send an appointment's details, a photograph of an appointment card, a password, or a code from one of our emails. We do not need them to help you. If you send a screenshot, check first that it shows no appointment and no card.

When you will hear back

Each email is read by a person, not by an automated system. We do not promise a time for a reply, and we would rather say so than name one we cannot keep.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app itself: open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, the steps for asking by email are here: https://payungmed.my/delete-account
